Exotic Journeys – Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• These Terms & Conditions (the “Cancellation Policy”) govern your use of our services provided on our website http://www.lotusexoticjourneys.com (“Website”).
• The Website is owned, registered and operated by “Lotus Exotic Journeys” (“Lotus Exotic Journeys”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a LLP company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Old No.33 / New No.17, Thomas Nagar, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai 600015.
• This Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy together govern the Cancellation Policy of the
  Website.

Placing Orders

• You shall be entitled to place either a single time order for tour packages Payment
• Payment for purchases

We offer you multiple ways to pay securely.

Payment for subscription can be through:

(a) Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex)
(b) Debit cards

• (c) Cash on delivery
  (“COD”)

Payment for single time order can be through:

(a) Debit Cards
(b) Credit Cards
(c) Net banking
(d) UPI
(e) Wallets
(f) COD

Payments:

• In general 50% advance of the tour cost to be paid on Advance payment option may vary based on packages, date of travel, etc. Check specific proposal for payment terms. 
• All Payments to be made by Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of “Lotus Exotic Journeys ” payable at Chennai.
• Final documents and airline tickets will be delivered (by hand, e-mail, or courier) only after the balance payment is made to Lotus Exotic Journeys by the PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting to Rs.25,000/- or above are made by cash.
• As per Government norms all International Tours will attract 5% TCS against PAN & 10% if PAN is not

Refunds:

•  Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellation will be paid directly to the
•  Refund (if any) due to visa delay/rejection will be subject to applicable cancellation policy herein
•  The normal time to process refunds is a minimum of 30 working days
•  There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g. Meals, Entrance Fees,
  Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing )

Once your request is received to the company successfully, Lotus Exotic Journeys LLP will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 30 working days. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you contact us, we would plan to cancel your registration as soon as possible.

 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to, or under, the terms of this Terms & Conditions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai and agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts.
